Ziva Community Initiative facilitated stakeholder engagement in Barkin Ladi and Mangu LGAs to build trust between ASM communities and traditional leaders. The visits introduced miners to cooperative structures, promoted financial literacy, and addressed ASM-related challenges.
This engagement led to the successful formation and registration of five ASM-led cooperatives with the support of ZCI.
